Q: In FSL when I get the final overlay image and open it up in a MEDx
folder the colored activated clusters from the html report are not in
color. How can I get the color to show up?
Once you load in the FSL results go to Display -> Apply LUT and select
the colormap called Hot Iron.
This will display your activation in color.
