Q: How do I overlay a statistical map that was generated in SPM on
to a high resolution MRI?
If you are interested in overlaying an SPM result onto a high resolution
MRI that has been talairached then there is a very simple way of doing
this. Once you have completed your statistical analysis, go to:
Toolbox --> Functional --> Render Statistics
select SPM96 for z-map source and set the minimum and maximum values
that you would like to include. Then specify your z-map that you want
rendered. This will be rendered onto a high resolution MRI that is provided
by us.
