Q: Why did Interactive Segmentation give me an error at the last
step?
This might be due to a problem that this module has with regards to working
with volumes whose slices are saved out as individual files. Here is something
you can try.
Once you have opened your volume, save it out as TIFF (Image->Save Image
As).
Now open this TIFF image that you have just saved and perform the Interactive
Segmentation.
