Q: Where do I find the IBLAP and MR Parameters Estimation modules in MEDx 3.3?

The above two modules are presently not found in the MEDx GUI and are brought up by running scripts in MEDx3.3

For Interactive Brain Lesion Analysis, run:

File -> ImageScriptExecution -> iblap.tcl

For MR Parameter Estimation, run:

File->ImageScript Execution->mr_params.tcl
