Q: Can MEDx preserve the DICOM header information of my images into new DICOM images I am creating with MEDx?

Please see the script DICOM_Save_ByCloningKeys_MR.tcl located in the MEDx tcl directory (starting with MEDx 3.43) which will enable you to do this, for MR images, automatically, with some limitations. Documentation is available by simply running the script, as well as inside the script.
