MEDx Frequently Asked Questions - DICOM
Q: I noticed in MEDx 3.4.2 that there is now a command called MxDICOMSend.
What happened to the MxSendStudyDICOM command? Which one should
I be using starting with 3.4.2?
Prior to MEDx 3.4.2, one could use MxSendStudyDICOM to specify
a directory name to send. This represented the pre-3.4.1 understanding
in MEDx of a DICOM Study. In order to improve the DICOM Send capability
in MEDx so that not strictly an entire Study but any "list"
of DICOM files could be sent, a new command called MxDICOMSend was added
in MEDx 3.4.2. Please use MxDICOMSend starting with MEDx 3.4.2.
